Responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, commercial, and mixed use projects
- Prepare concept design presentations, mood boards, space planning studies, and design narratives
- Produce high quality architectural drawings, plans, sections, diagrams, and visual presentations
- Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and applicable building codes
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- 5 years of professional architectural experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Dubai
- Native Arabic Language is essential
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and submission procedures
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
