- Please read the qualifications before applying.
- At least 4 yrs of experience in Engineering Consultancy for villa design in Dubai only
- Must have experience in Authority Approvals / Submission in Dubai, Design Drawing, Technical Design Drawing
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Authority standards (DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA, Nakheel, Trakhees, Emaar, DSO, etc.)
- Must have Experience in Preparing All Architectural Details Drawing and Submission to Authorities.
- Can join immediately
- **Have DM PRACTICE CERTIFICATE Consultant G+4**
- **Native Arabic Language is essential in this role**
