We are seeking a Senior Architect for a hands-on leadership role that will focus on project management and strengthening Reframe’s internal Project Delivery infrastructure. This role will focus on active projects, and include coaching and mentoring a team of designers to create best-in-class project delivery tools and processes. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort in navigating ambiguity, and genuine enthusiasm for finding new ways of doing things, this is your platform.

Manage architectural projects from concept design through factory production and final site integration. Develop project schedules, track and manage deliverables.

Understand client requirements and manage client touch points throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with the Field Operations Project Managers to track milestones.

Collaborate with our pre-construction team to ensure accuracy in project scope and estimate.
