Responsibilities
- Engage in the design, analysis and optimization of foundational and applied research to power state of the art AI algorithms and model capabilities
- Work on comprehensive solutions that integrate various modalities, including text, audio, and visual data
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers across teams for the design, development, and continual improvement of AI algorithms
- Work alongside product development teams to integrate new algorithms and models into broader product offerings, and conduct proofs of concept (POC) as per client needs
- Propose scenarios where AI techniques could improve the efficiency of the Oil and Gas industry
- Provide pre sales and post sales technical support to the business development team
Requirements
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, or AI related field. Specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing or Speech and Audio are highly desirable
- Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for various modalities
- Track record of conducting high level research, preferably evidenced by publications in peer reviewed journals or a history of product driven research and development
- In depth knowledge of the latest developments in AI and machine learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience and knowledge in the Oil & Gas sector

Overview
- Inception is seeking a highly proficient and accomplished Applied Scientist, with a proven track record, to develop efficient deep learning and generative AI algorithms and conceive innovative AI centric models in the Oil and Gas sector.

Qualifications
