The Role
Bōde is hiring its first dedicated technical owner for the AI layer.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for technical direction and the quality of AI output.

What You Will Own
- Improve response quality through context engineering, prompt design, and RAG retrieval tuning so answers are accurate, grounded, and source-cited.
- Migrate Bōde AI to AgentCore managed capabilities without disrupting production.
- Establish recurring evaluation standards and performance measurement for Bōde AI.
- Manage model data and context selection, token usage, response time, reporting, and controls.
- Make security decisions concerning PII exposure in prompts and context and prompt-injection risks.
