Role Overview
Support and improve Sobeys Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud, and NetZero cloud platforms.
Provide customer-focused application support and drive improvements within the IT Ecommerce and Shared Solutions portfolio.
The full-time role may be based in Calgary, Mississauga, or Burnaby.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized Level 2 and 3 application support, including triage, root cause analysis, backlog management, configuration, code changes, and documentation.
- Monitor applications for user experience, interfaces, runtime exceptions, and performance.
- Lead the development lifecycle from intake, design, and build through testing, deployment, and release.
- Analyze business and system requirements and support high-level solution design.
- Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors, users, development teams, and cross-functional task forces.
- Mentor teams in translating business needs into Salesforce enhancements and fixes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related specialization, or equivalent technology experience.
- At least 6 years of progressive IT experience.
