Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise web applications using modern Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Angular, C#,.NET, IIS, Identity Management solutions, GitHub, Azure DevOps (ADO), and application security remediation practices.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate across development, security, infrastructure, and business teams while mentoring developers and driving delivery excellence.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core/.NET, and Angular.
• Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and backend integrations with SQL Server and other enterprise systems.
• Manage and support web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS, including deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization solutions leveraging Identity Management platforms, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Single Sign-On technologies.
• Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, design reviews, and technical planning sessions.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex application issues across development, QA, and production environments.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with security teams to address application vulnerabilities and support HCL AppScan SAST/DAST remediation activities.
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices, coding standards, and secure development methodologies.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong development experience with:
• C#

• .NET Framework and.NET Core/.NET 6+
• Angular

• SQL Server and T-SQL
• Experience administering and deploying applications on Microsoft IIS.
• Experience with GitHub, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Experience with IdentityServer, Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or SAML.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience supporting application security initiatives and remediation of HCL AppScan findings.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary range for this role is ($96,250 - $125,000)
