Location and Work Policy:
This role is based at our Appian Chennai office. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. In this role you will:
Engage with developers through comprehensive digital experiences and high-energy in-person events.
Produce compelling content and hands-on experiences tailored for digital mediums and interactive workshops.
Evangelize Appian's newest technology to developers and promote the long-term value of a developer career.
Act as the internal voice for developers, synthesizing community feedback to influence Appian's strategy.
Qualifications:
- To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
- Years of Experience
- 3-5 years of direct experience working as an Appian developer.
Skills:
- Deep technical proficiency in implementing solutions on the Appian platform.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for live workshops and digital content creation.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible learning experiences.
- Tools and Resources
- Training and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training. Continuous learning is a central focus at Appian, with dedicated mentorship and the First-Friend program being widely utilized resources for new hires.
