The Senior Analytics and Automation Developer will develop and deploy analytics, automation, and custom technical solutions.
The role supports data-driven decision-making and operational improvement across OIA and other LDI portfolio companies.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and automated reporting for KPIs and operational performance.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, databases, integrations, and custom internal tools.
- Design and deploy Power Apps integrated with Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and enterprise data sources.
- Implement AI-powered automation for document processing, workflow automation, and decision support.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and scalable deliverables.
- Automate workflows across operations, finance, commercial, and shared services.
- Deliver deterministic and probabilistic analytical solutions based on business context.
