Responsibilities
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Conduct value added analyses as part of strategic mandates and structure outputs clearly
- Support development of recommendations and presentations for senior management and board of directors
- Contribute to monitoring of strategic initiatives, including preparation of tracking tools and decision support materials
- Support the strategy manager in structuring work and delivering outputs related to key strategic priorities
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in a strategy / corporate development role
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to produce rigorous analyses and high quality deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
- Strong presentation skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Knowledge of finance and financial modelling skills is an asset
- Knowledge of the construction or engineering industry is an asset

Job Description
- The position holder will play a key role within the Strategy and Corporate Development team by contributing to Pomerleau’s strategic priorities definition and execution.
What you will do
- Contribute to the strategic planning process by collaborating with internal teams and external partners in gathering and analyzing relevant information.
- Conduct value added analyses as part of strategic mandates and structure outputs in a clear and concise manner.
- Support the development of recommendations and presentations for senior management and the board of directors.
- Contribute to the monitoring of strategic initiatives, including the preparation of tracking tools and decision support materials.
- Support the strategy manager in structuring work and delivering outputs related to key strategic priorities.
This role could be for you if you have
- 3–5 years of experience in a consulting firm or in a strategy / corporate development role.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to identify key issues in complex situations.
- Ability to produce rigorous analyses and high quality deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
