In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for policy servicing and customer support.

You’ll work closely with our branches, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Manage the full policy lifecycle, from servicing to resolving queries.
• Build strong relationships with branch staff, retailers, and carriers.
• Prioritise tasks and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
• Collaborate with teams to meet regulatory requirements and reduce penalties.
• Act as a trusted partner to producers, supporting their success.
