• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, SOPs, and policies for medical analytics operations.
• Report on project activities, resources, budgets, and timelines and deliver analytics and dashboard requirements on time.
• Develop and maintain applications, dashboards, and automated solutions according to requirements.
• Monitor governance adherence, support audit readiness, and participate in audits.

Data and solution management

• Manage application access and ensure data consistency throughout the lifecycle of trackers and dashboards.
• Identify analytical and application requirements and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Assess data quality, identify abnormalities, and develop reports for regulatory requirements.
• Explore technology features and tools to improve performance in a cost-effective way.

Stakeholders and enablement

• Work with global and local colleagues and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver projects effectively.
• Coordinate quality control activities and maintain effective internal relationships.
• Provide training on analytical tools and develop SOPs, documentation, and usage guidance.
