We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Enterprise Services team as a Records Processing & Data Management Senior Analyst. In this role, you will support Records and Information Management (RIM) processes, assist with compliance with retention policies, and contribute to digitization and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in data management, quality assurance, and administrative coordination while demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Records Processing & Data Management:
Assist with tagging and indexing metadata for physical and electronic records.
Support data extraction and reconciliation efforts during legacy system migrations.
Perform quality reviews of scanned and digitized documents.
Help maintain accurate records inventory reconciliation.
Retention Schedule Administration:
Apply retention codes to records following established schedules.
Monitor disposition eligibility and assist in generating legal hold and exception reports.
Track and update legal hold compliance statuses.
Support documentation of retention exceptions and approval processes.
Digitization & Migration Support:
Prepare documents for scanning and assist with digitization projects.
Verify OCR accuracy and ensure format consistency for digitized files.
Assist with legacy system decommissioning and data migration tasks.
Administrative Support:
Fulfill records requests and assist with coordinating retrievals.
Reconcile vendor invoices for offsite storage and maintain records of destruction certificates.
Help manage the intake and triage of RIM service tickets to ensure timely responses.
Qualifications:
Some experience in records processing, data management, or similar roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
