Role overview
Adecco is hiring a Senior Analyst – Quantity Surveying for a leading organisation in the UAE.
The role is based in Dubai and has a 15-month contract duration renewable according to business requirements.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, quantity surveying, project management, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of relevant quantity surveying and cost engineering experience.
- Strong experience in construction cost planning, contract administration, commercial management, and project closeout.
- Experience managing contractor claims, variations, cost forecasting, and project budgeting.
- Experience with large-scale construction projects valued at AED 500 million or more is preferred.
- Proficiency in CostX or equivalent software, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Middle East construction industry experience is highly preferred.
- RICS qualification or certification is preferred.
Compensation
- The source lists compensation as AED 500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide quantity surveying and cost engineering support for construction projects.
- Perform construction cost planning and commercial management activities.
- Administer contracts and manage contractor claims and variations.
- Carry out cost forecasting and project budgeting.
- Support project closeout activities.
