HR Analytics is reshaping how large, complex organisations understand their workforce, and this fixed-term role puts you at the centre of that work. As a Senior Analyst Projects, you'll translate people data into clear, evidence-based insight that directly informs strategic decisions across one of Victoria's largest Universities.
What You'll Be Working On
Lead end-to-end delivery of HR analytics projects, from scoping and data extraction through to stakeholder reporting
Build and maintain workforce dashboards and models that support planning, talent, and organisational effectiveness initiatives
Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to frame analytical questions and communicate findings with clarity
Identify trends in workforce data, including turnover, absenteeism, and capability gaps and translate them into actionable recommendations
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in a workforce analytics, people analytics, or HR data role within a large, complex organisation
Advanced proficiency in data engineering, warehousing, and visualisation tools (Microsoft Azure Databricks, Fabric and Power BI) and strong capability in Excel or similar analytical platforms

Experience working with HR information systems and an understanding of how workforce data is structured and governed in a higher education or public sector setting
Proven ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands across a fixed-term engagement
