Assists in project management, campaign delivery and development/maintenance of content and resources to drive success of L&D and I&D initiatives in partnership with appropriate business and functional team members.
Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of L&D and I&D content on SharePoint and company website/system as needed.
Partners with our Marketing/Communications teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and measure the impact of our Communications in driving inclusive behaviors and in compiling reporting to monitor engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on colleague feedback and engagement with communications channels/ initiatives.
Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including business and functional team members, vendors, community partners, etc.
Coordinate governance meetings and working groups, including scheduling, preparing slides and materials, capturing actions and sharing meeting summaries.
Partners with social media team to curate/co-ordinate/distribute L&D and I&D related content, including writing copy for posts.
Responsible for supporting external vendor and partnership logistics, including submitting and monitoring the processing/payment of invoices with appropriate coding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Must have a minimum of 1-3 years’ human resources experience including organizational development, change management and/or inclusion & diversity work
Experience as an organizational development specialist charged with designing and implementing organization-wide initiatives (experience and/or advanced training in Business, Human Resources, or Inclusion & Diversity)
Strong program and project management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Applies expertise and thinks creatively to address unique or ambiguous situations and to find solutions to problems that can be complex and non-routine.
Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate repetitive workflows, data analysis, or draft creation without compromising final quality, in line with Gallagher governance and policy.
