How you'll make an impact:

Reporting into the Enablement Manager(model TBC: Direct management or Workload Management), this role supports activities across the GGB UK Learning & Development (L&D) and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team and is accountable for helping provide project management and support to advance Gallagher’s L&D and I&D initiatives. The role will be focused on working closely with internal stakeholders and priorities in accordance with the vision outlined by the GGB UK HR Leadership Team

• Assists in project management, campaign delivery and development/maintenance of content and resources to drive success of L&D and I&D initiatives in partnership with appropriate business and functional team members.
• Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of L&D and I&D content on SharePoint and company website/system as needed.
• Partners with our Marketing/Communications teams to ensure effective campaign delivery and measure the impact of our Communications in driving inclusive behaviors and in compiling reporting to monitor engagement.
