What You'll Do

• Participate in project calls, email traffic, internal discussions, and daily activities across the portfolio.
• Understand workflows, contractual obligations, recurring deliverables, milestones, and administrative requirements.
• Identify administrative burdens and process inefficiencies affecting Project Delivery Leads.
• Implement automation, process improvement, standardization, and expanded Hyderabad support.
• Coordinate solutions between U.S. and Hyderabad teams and route work to appropriate owners.
• Maintain operating procedures, trackers, contract exhibits, and other process documents.
• Support workflow automation adoption, lender reporting, transaction support, and project performance testing.
• Standardize processes covering document management, milestone coordination, landowner payments, account setup, and vendor invoicing.
• Evaluate expanded Hyderabad support for change order review, lender diligence, and project schedule coordination.
• Bridge U.S. Project Delivery and Hyderabad teams through analysis, process consistency, and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Around 5–7 years of experience in large infrastructure or energy projects or related project delivery fields.
• Renewable energy experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
• Curiosity about technology, automation, and process improvement is required.
• Working knowledge of project scheduling tools and strong Excel skills are required.
• Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Smartsheet exposure is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in an environment where scope is not always fully defined is required.
