Senior Analyst Performance

You are an experienced Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst who is confident working across digital, ICT or technology project environments. You bring strong analytical capability, sound judgement and the ability to dig beneath surface-level requests to understand the real business problem.

You will also bring:

Strong experience in business analysis within digital, technology, ICT or project delivery environments.

Demonstrated capability in requirements gathering, documentation, analysis and validation, using contemporary business analysis practices and frameworks such as BABOK.

Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process maps and other analysis artefacts.

Strong current-state and future-state process mapping skills, ideally using tools such as Visio, BPMN or similar.

Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.

The ability to work effectively with Project Managers, developers, testers, architects and business stakeholders.

Experience supporting testing, implementation, change and handover activities.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work across small initiatives, larger projects and changing delivery needs.

Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar would be highly regarded.

Utilities experience is not essential, but experience working in complex project or operational environments would be beneficial.
