The ORM team partners closely with the first line of defense to strengthen operational resilience across the organization.

As Senior Analyst, Operational Risk Management, you are a subject‑matter expert who supports the implementation, evolution, and continuous improvement of BDC’s ORM Framework. Your work contributes directly to strong governance, effective controls, and the sustainable success of Canadian businesses.

Support first‑ and second‑line stakeholders in executing ORM programs, including: Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA) Key Risk Indicators (KRI) Operational Risk Events (ORE) New Product and Business Initiative (NPBI) risk assessments for products, projects, and organizational changes
