About the role
Senior Analyst joining the Logistics Intelligence team within One DNA, the central data organisation.
The role connects Data Science, Product, and Logistics by translating model performance and operational data into commercially relevant executive insight.
The analyst will investigate delivery experience opportunities and ETA prediction gaps while influencing senior decision-making.
Location and reporting
- Hybrid role requiring three days per week from the London office and two days working from home.
- Reports to the Senior Manager, Logistics Intelligence and Data Products.
Key responsibilities
- Run weekly insight deep dives on priority topics directed by Logistics Strategy and Logistics leadership.
- Investigate ETA prediction performance from a business perspective across customer, courier, and partner experience.
- Create persuasive charts and executive-ready slide decks using Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations for the Product team.
- Manage competing priorities, trade-offs, escalation, and re-scoping in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across Data Science, Product, Strategy, and Logistics.
