Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking a talented and creative individual with a flair for crafting compelling copy for a variety of purposes. A strong interest in Internal Communications and HR is essential, and any prior experience in these areas will be considered a bonus. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging effectively with internal communications leaders and professionals. You will regularly interact with the members, both face-to-face and through the community platform, and should thrive in these opportunities to connect and collaborate. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will be expected to take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and organizational goals. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging articles, videos, podcasts, and other content formats for both the member-only community and social media channelWorkload Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while aligning with broader business objectives and implementing them accordingly. Community Engagement: Serve as a passionate advocate for the Simply Community, acting as a leading voice on the platform by engaging members in meaningful conversations and driving overall participation and platform attendance. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and produce compelling content for email campaigns and social media channels, as directed. Editorial Planning : Contribute to refining the editorial and content strategy for both the public website and the community platform, while brainstorming new themes and innovative ideas. Data Analysis: Generate and analyze statistics to evaluate the success of the campaigns and make data driven improvements. Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a thought leader and expert voice in the fields of Internal Communications and HR, providing valuable insights and perspectives. About you Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in Organizational Communications or HR Certificate(s)/Special Training: Internal Communications Specialization.
