Senior Analyst Instructional Design

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing learning solutions, or a degree in instructional design, multimedia design, learning technology, education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated learning agility and growth mindset, with the ability to quickly learn new skills, adopt new technologies, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent writing, editing, critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, challenge conventional approaches, and identify innovative solutions.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to explore new approaches and ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services products, service operations, or contact center environments.
• Experience evaluating and applying emerging technologies, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, learning outcomes, or business performance.
• Experience with performance consulting and learner-centered design practices.
• Experience creating digital learning experiences using modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, or content authoring platforms.
• Experience supporting digital adoption, knowledge management, workforce enablement, or learning transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with learning, digital adoption, enablement, or workforce productivity platforms.
• In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
