Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide HR transactional services and data administration while meeting service level and customer satisfaction targets.
• Use case management systems to manage requests and prioritize daily work against SLAs.
• Analyze work process design and implement improvements with clients and vendors.
• Complete required process training and build relationships with onshore and internal teams.
• Apply a customer-first approach and maintain consistent, effective service.
• Use the CORE framework to improve processes, quality standards, and compliance.
• Protect confidential data and monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 5 or more years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience with high-volume HR requests and end-to-end hire-to-retire data administration.
• Experience in shared services center data administration is an advantage.
• Experience with HRIS data management or Workday is preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment and learn processes and policies.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and strong computer skills or aptitude.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones.
