Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed feasibility studies and underwriting models (STR/market data, ADR/RevPAR projections, demand segmentation, comp set analysis)
Prepare full P&L pro formas, cash flow projections, and IRR/NPV/cap rate analyses for prospective management contracts and acquisitions
Evaluate market fundamentals — supply pipeline, demand generators, competitive positioning — for new and existing markets
Support due diligence on third-party management pursuits, including brand fit, contract terms, and capex requirements
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership groups/investment committees
Maintain and refine underwriting templates, market data sources, and benchmarking tools
Qualifications
3+ years in hotel feasibility, underwriting, acquisitions, or asset management (brokerage, REIT, PE, or management company background)
Advanced Excel modeling skills; STR, CoStar/CBRE Hotels, or similar market data tools
Strong grasp of hotel operating structures, management/franchise agreements, and third-party ownership dynamics
Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (MBA a plus)
Excellent written/verbal communication for owner- and investor-facing deliverables

Base Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 (Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market alignment)
Bonus: Up to 10% Annual incentive plan tied to performance metrics
Work Type: 100% Remote within the USA
Remote Location: Open to any location within USA. However, candidates should be willing to align with Central Time business hours .
