1-2+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative role.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting analytical work to stakeholders or clients.
Strong foundation in statistical modeling, particularly regression analysis and time-series methods.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of concepts such as multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, model fit diagnostics, and variable selection.
Demonstrated ability to work independently through large, messy datasets with strong attention to detail.
Exposure to Bayesian methods or hierarchical modeling.
Prior experience with marketing data (media spend, impressions, GRPs) or consumer datasets.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior analysts.
