About the Team
The Cognitive Data & Analytics (C-DnA) team operates at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and cognitive/AI solutions. Our mission is to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that create measurable business value across the service parts ecosystem. We are a globally distributed team that thrives on collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Analyst (I6) with strong data engineering and application development experience to help us grow the core, modernize our engineering practices, and capture new growth within the service parts domain. We value engineers who are constantly evolving how they work — not just what they work on — and who actively seek out better tools, techniques, and approaches to multiply their impact.
What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze telemetry and pipeline metrics, maintain reporting, and assist engineers in tuning data processes. You will contribute to incident reviews by preparing evidence, timelines, and remediation tracking. You will help mature operational processes through data quality, documentation, and automation.

You will
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models across SQL, Teradata, and cloud platforms to support high-volume business operations and ensure data quality, integrity, and performance.
