About the Role
Wusool Capital is hiring a Senior Analyst to support deal origination and execution across sell-side and buy-side mandates.
Responsibilities
- Source new SME opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
- Manage relationships with business owners and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data rooms.
- Support due diligence and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors.
- Draft and review transaction documents including NDAs, engagement letters, and term sheets.
- Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in audit, investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
