Hiring a Senior Analyst to support deal origination and execution across sell-side and buy-side mandates.
The role offers ownership of real deals early in a career within a developing M&A market.
Responsibilities
- Source new SME opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
- Manage business-owner and stakeholder relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data rooms.
- Support due diligence and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors.
- Draft and review NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets, and other transaction documents.
- Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity.
