Credit Funds
- Support the structuring, launch, and registration of credit funds and other debt investment vehicles with legal, compliance, and the CMA.
- Assist with terms and conditions, investor presentations, and other fund marketing documents.
- Conduct credit analysis and due diligence, including financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and collateral assessment.
- Monitor fund and underlying loan portfolio performance, including covenants, repayment schedules, and early warning indicators.
- Prepare performance reports, valuation updates, and investor reporting packages.
- Support credit facility structuring and terms, including pricing, covenants, and security packages.
- Support fundraising through pitch materials and coordination with prospective investors.
- Liaise with auditors, administrators, custodians, legal counsel, and rating agencies.
- Assist with regulatory filings, CMA licensing, and fund registration requirements.
- Coordinate with the investment committee and senior management on credit approvals and portfolio decisions.
- Track private credit market developments, credit trends, and Saudi regulatory changes.
Sukuk Issuances
- Provide secondary support to the credit advisory team on sukuk issuance mandates as needed alongside the primary credit funds workload.
- Assist with issuer due diligence, financial analysis, information memoranda, and offering documents.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, arrangers, rating agencies, and the CMA on sukuk structuring and regulatory approvals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or similar degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- CFA or a similar professional qualification is a plus.
- Three to four years of relevant experience in credit analysis, private credit or debt investing, corporate banking, or credit advisory.
- Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills with a solid understanding of loan structuring and credit documentation.
- Familiarity with debt fund structures and the CMA regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Superior business ethics and ability to excel in a highly professional and intellectually challenging environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Passing CME1 and CME4 is preferred.
