Senior Analyst/Consultant role covering the full analytics lifecycle, including data pipeline development, modelling, insight generation, and client-facing project management.

What you'll work on
- Scope client requirements, define analytical problems, and break work into tasks across the team.
- Ingest and integrate data from multiple source systems while maintaining consistency and reliability.
- Build and optimize pipelines and well-structured datasets, and troubleshoot issues end to end.
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to surface trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Build dashboards across BI platforms and communicate clearly what the data shows.
- Walk stakeholders through outputs and refine deliverables based on feedback.
- Plan timelines, provide client updates, manage scope and feasibility expectations, and flag risks early.
Must-have qualifications
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-service environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into practical plans.
- Solid SQL skills and experience with at least one cloud data warehouse.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and transformation.
- Experience with at least one modern BI or visualization tool.
- Experience with data ingestion or ELT tools and pipeline concepts.
- Clear communication skills for explaining technical work to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Two to six years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Comfort working with billing or financial datasets and recurring revenue metrics such as MRR, ARR, new customers, and churn.
- Interest in growing into delivery leadership or experience coordinating other analysts.
- Experience with dbt, Fivetran, Stitch, Snowflake, Azure, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, Power BI, Looker, GoodData, or Tableau.
- Exposure to advanced analytics or machine learning techniques.
