Opportunity
Support Group Risk Management management requests through operations, premises support, performance reporting, business inquiries, automation, and innovation.
Maintain an administrative center of expertise for business management initiatives from planning through execution.
Business Management Operations
- Support facilities management, asset management, administrative operations, inquiries, escalations, compliance policy communications, and internal control audits.
- Plan and execute special events and team communications.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, AI integration, cost savings, and employee experience improvements.
- Coordinate premises operations and technology troubleshooting, including maintenance work orders and completion tracking.
Analysis and Reporting
- Extract, consolidate, and validate data from occupancy, human resources, transit, real estate, technology, and related sources.
- Develop, analyze, and reconcile management reports, resource reports, return-to-premise dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
- Maintain accurate and complete occupancy data and advise on savings and efficiency opportunities.
- Drive AI adoption and implementation across Group Risk Management business management.
Delivery and Execution
- Coordinate real estate projects and Group Risk Management business initiatives through planning, tracking, delivery, execution, and reporting.
- Support financial management, operations, real estate strategy, and design activities.
- Facilitate cross-functional business manager collaboration, workspace analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Financial acumen and experience with performance management reporting and analysis of multiple data points.
- Technology fluency, including AI adoption and integration, learning new tools, and troubleshooting.
- Expert Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Accounting designation and experience with MIS and IT financials.
- Real estate initiatives and asset management experience.
- Change management and Tableau reporting experience.
- Compliance policy, operational risk, and audit experience.
