Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Assist in SQL development of data models for reporting and forecasting.
- Support integration of data from multiple enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with other members to gather and translate reporting needs into technical specifications.
- Support data validation, troubleshooting, and report performance optimization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Assist with Power BI administration, workspace management, and access controls.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address discrepancies and streamline reporting processes.
- Execute the development and maintenance of analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Lead cross functional projects that leverage data analytics to address complex business challenges.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of all data reporting functions and analytics platforms.
- Present complex data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Hands on experience in Power BI development, SQL, and data visualization
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and databases
- Experience translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience using Git and dbt to manage data models and data warehouse
- Prior exposure to financial planning or analysis or a related role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Position Summary
- Reporting directly to the Director, FP&A, the Senior Analyst Business Intelligence & Analytics will be responsible for leading and supporting the senior leadership team in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- This role demands a hands on approach to daily data analysis and relationship building across all levels of the organization.
- The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, with a keen ability to delve into the details while understanding operational business drivers.
Key Responsibilities
