Position purpose
Provide independent analytical and strategic decision support to commercial and marketing stakeholders.
Interpret complex data and generate insights that influence business outcomes across brands and therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze datasets, monitor performance, report against KPIs, and deliver ad hoc analytics.
- Perform performance measurement, ROI analysis, optimization, and competitor analytics.
- Define analytical approaches for critical business questions and summarize findings effectively.
- Explore innovative data assets and techniques while driving standardization.
- Streamline and automate KPI and reporting processes across markets.
- Interface with regional, local-market, and centralized hub teams on project planning and delivery.
- Govern centralized hub tasks, capacity, prioritization, and onboarding of new associates.
- Prepare reports and presentations that convert complex data into actionable business insights.
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of pharmaceutical commercial analytics experience and knowledge of European pharmaceutical business.
- Superior analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistics.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial datasets including IQVIA, Evaluate Pharma, IPD, and Clarivate DRG.
