Role Overview
The role manages Special Economic Zone, FEMA, and regulatory compliance for AB InBev's Global Capability Centre.
The position coordinates with government authorities, authorized dealer banks, customs, DGFT, SEZ authorities, and internal stakeholders.
The stated reporting line is to the Senior Manager, Legal Company Secretary.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance with the SEZ Act, 2005, and related regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and file statutory SEZ returns and documents, including MPR, APR, SERF, BLUT, and LUT.
- Monitor and close EDPMS and IDPMS transactions under RBI guidelines.
- Monitor BRC and Softex filings and liaise with authorized dealer banks.
- Prepare export-realization documentation and obtain DSPF endorsements.
- Support customs clearance for import and export transactions.
- Generate E-Way Bills under applicable GST requirements.
- Maintain compliance trackers and monitor statutory deadlines.
- Support statutory audits with timely documentation and information.
