Role Profile
Senior Analyst role in Technical Due Diligence within Risk Advisory.
The position focuses on investment risk monitoring, continuous project monitoring, and bill certification for real estate projects.
The role reports to the AVP for Technical Assessment and Monitoring.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or real estate is required.
- One to two years of experience in project management or bill certification is required.
- Experience with consulting firms, IPCs, real estate advisory firms, or real estate developers is preferred.
- Experience in the Indian real estate sector is required.
Competencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and project management skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MSP or Primavera is required.
- Expert knowledge of financial terms and principles is required.
- The role requires the ability to interpret complex business documents and analyze complex business and financial data.
- Knowledge of development regulations, approvals, environmental procedures, and construction safety and quality practices is required.
