About the Role

- Build and create detailed business plans and financial models for M&A, divestiture, and other corporate transactions
- Contribute to client cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights
- Support commercialization efforts through analysis and insights for proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials
- Develop intellectual property and assets for the business
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues
Requirements
- 3+ years of consulting experience in transactions/M&A, corporate finance, integrations/PMI, or similar topics
- In lieu of consulting, 4+ years minimum industry experience; 4 6+ years strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., Arabic) are beneficial
- Strong business acumen and problem solving capabilities

- Contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights.
- Support commercialization efforts through analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Building and creating detailed business plans and financial models for M&A, divestiture, and other corporate transactions.
- Understanding of the buy side and sell side M&A process.
- Applying Transaction and Corporate Finance expertise.
- Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic.
- Communicating with senior stakeholders in a credible, structured, and confident way.
- Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property.
- Working creatively and analytically in a time limited, problem solving environment.
- Flexibility and a curious, creative mindset.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of consulting experience in relevant topics (Transactions/M&A, Corporate Finance, Integrations/PMI, Business Separations/Carve outs) required.
- In lieu of consulting, 4+ years minimum industry experience; 4 6+ years strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Knowledge of new age financial modeling tools (e.g., Anaplan) and advanced excel tools (e.g., Power Pivot) are beneficial.
- Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., Arabic) are beneficial.
- Strong business acumen and problem solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
