What You'll Do

  • As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will work on long term implementation and transformation initiatives, helping clients translate ideas into action and strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • You will combine your expertise to deliver value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets.
  • You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client.
  • You will support implementation projects, working in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:
  • Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs
  • Driving program execution and value realization by translating strategy recommendations into action, aligning stakeholders, overcoming implementation challenges, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact
  • Applying analytical structured thinking and problem solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios
  • Supporting the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles and performance management mechanisms
  • Managing disciplined execution of program/project components, including initiative prioritization, business case development, roadmap and value realization tracking
  • Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impact
  • Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way
  • Ensuring high quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Helping solve client problems while executing long tail implementation programs
  • Translating business strategies into practical actions
  • Applying business and financial acumen to assess trade offs and support value creation
  • Maintaining focus on execution discipline and outcomes
  • Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, in person or virtually
  • Working in agile ways, adapting approaches based on evolving business needs
  • Communicating clearly and credibly with a diverse array of team, stakeholder, and client professionals
  • Bringing a curious, flexible and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
  • Navigating complexity and ambiguity
  • Ability to rapidly prototype analytical and AI driven solutions using modern tooling and iterative experimental approaches

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation related field roles strongly preferred
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3 6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in effectively translating strategy into action
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
  • Using Python, SQL, and modern analytical/AI tooling to support problem solving, automation, and using generation is a plus

Who You'll Work With

  • As a Client Focus Senior analyst, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants.
  • In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
