- Identify and implement initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
- Optimize existing ancillary products (seat selection, baggage, onboard sales, upgrades)
- Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies
- Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Lead and optimize the buy up strategy across fare families
- Enhance fare family structure to strengthen value proposition and conversion
- Develop, track, and interpret performance indicators for ancillary revenues
- Use analytical tools to support dynamic pricing and adjust strategies
- Act as ambassador for ancillary revenues and communicate results to internal teams
- Collaborate with pricing and revenue management teams to align strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, analytics, or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in revenue management or pricing within the airline industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Oral and written fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of modeling, AI, or machine learning (asset)

Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of experience in revenue management or pricing within the airline industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify, understand, and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of modeling, artificial intelligence, or machine learning (an asset).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain analyses to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and synthesis abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ease with collaborative digital tools and AI (e.g., Copilot).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Oral and written fluency in French and English.
