Job Summary

Essential Job Duties

• Provides first-level triage and support for provider data management (PDM) analysts and assists with fielding general questions.
• Leads cross-functional projects from initiation to completion - ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements and translate accordingly into comprehensive business and functional specifications.
• Analyzes complex health care data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
• Evaluates existing workflows, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization - proposes and implements innovative solutions. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
• Develop presentations to communicate key metrics, performance indicators and actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
