Senior All Source Intelligence Analyst

Description & Requirements

• MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Senior All Source Intel Analyst to join our team in Sterling, VA.
• Each day U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) oversees the massive flow of people, capital, and products that enter and depart the United States via air, land, sea, and cyberspace. The volume and complexity of both physical and virtual border crossings require the application of solutions to promote efficient trade and travel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Provides all-source intelligence analysis on topics related to homeland security, including, but not limited to, border security, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and critical infrastructure protection.
• Conducts research, analysis, network development, and recommendations for operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies, and external federal law enforcement elements to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to develop future products better.
• Prepares finished analytic products, assessments, briefings, and other written or oral products on current threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analytic tradecraft of all sources of classified and unclassified information, including intelligence collection INTs, open source, law enforcement, and other government data.
• Identifies gaps in available intelligence information and engages with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community (IC) collection disciplines.
• Employs IC analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies and techniques, and applies specialized senior analyst expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.
