Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for complex optimization and machine learning problems
Write high-quality, well-tested, and well-documented production code
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate ideas into scalable software
Prototype, evaluate, and improve algorithmic performance through experimentation
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and best-practice initiatives
Stay current with state-of-the-art algorithmic and optimization techniques
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field
5+ years of professional experience developing algorithms and production software
