Senior Algorithm Engineer, Deep Learning & Vision

Company Introduction

Key Responsibilities

• Explore deep learning, neural network, and large foundation model ideas for autonomous driving.
• Work on object detection, tracking, prediction, planning, control, autonomous driving, online mapping, and localization systems.
• Manage the full machine learning lifecycle from data analysis and model experiments through performance metric verification.
• Collaborate with product, simulation, and sibling autonomous driving algorithm teams to extend machine learning technology across components.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a Ph.D. or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, robotics, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Have in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in machine learning and/or computer vision.
• Know modern transformer architecture and use state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
• Be familiar with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other machine learning platforms and tools.
• Be motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate on complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have first-author research publications in top conferences and/or journals.
• Have knowledge or experience with generative models, model distillation, or inference acceleration such as TensorRT.
