JOB OVERVIEW To always ensure safety of the students as per the Safety procedures. To keep the concerned authorities and parents informed in case of emergencies. To maintain confidentiality of information about the students and their families To effectively implement and manage delivery of ethical and responsible AI services by planning and conducting activities and providing AI training and instruction, demonstration and implementation of AI goals for assigned students in classroom, across routines, group sessions and individual sessions. To implement students IEPs in AI by identifying, sourcing, employing and integrating appropriate AI tools, apps, educational technology tools, smart technologies, inclusive, mainstream and accessible AI technology tools, and by the use of accessibility features and technology supports. To implement adaptations, modifications and assistive technologies to improve access to learning for students according to their specific needs. To support and collaborate with classroom staff and team members to integrate AI in all routines and settings and ensure the implementation of digital literacy and online safety for the students. To prepare students for the digital world embracing AI, helping them build digital and tech skills they can use in education, vocation, employment, and in independent living. To maintain and update students records in an accurate, complete and timely manner, and prepare annual reports as per the Centre s CSDP To maintain communication with parents through the online diary and through reports and meetings. To support parents in the use of AI at home To source and prepare materials for each AI training session and use appropriate technology resources with reference to the students IEPs and to develop their digital literacy skills To implement the ethodologies/approaches/techniques in alignment with the Al Noor CSDP and Curri
