Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Teams to understand customer missions and map capabilities
- Design and implement end to end agentic AI MVPs, including multi agent orchestration, tool use, memory, MCP servers, and agent observability
- Build intuitive, enterprise grade UIs using React and modern design systems
- Deliver engaging live demos that tell a clear story: problem > agentic solution > business impact
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across the sales team
- Support conversations around AI governance, data security, model transparency, and responsible AI practices
- Provide structured feedback on customer needs to Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams
- Contribute reusable patterns, templates, and internal best practices
Requirements
- 6 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, hands on technical consulting, customer facing software engineering, or technical product roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Hands on experience building agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks, orchestration patterns, and backend engineering (Python, TypeScript, APIs)
- Experience designing MCP servers, external system integrations, and utilizing AI evaluation/tracing tools
- Proficiency with React and modern frontend tooling
- Excellent communication and demo skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average
- Prior experience applying AI or complex software solutions within the Oil & Gas industry is a strong plus

- The Pre Sales Senior AI Solutions Engineer plays a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers see, feel, and believe in the value of agentic AI and ML platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Teams: Understand customer missions, strategic priorities, and constraints through short discovery sessions.
- Map Capabilities: Translate business needs into platform capabilities, tailoring messaging for different personas.
- Identify Value: Pinpoint high leverage automation and decision points where agentic AI can create immediate, visible value.
- Rapid MVP Build: Design and implement end to end agentic AI MVPs, including multi agent orchestration, tool use, memory, MCP servers, and agent observability.
- Deployment Readiness: Define key technical requirements, recommend deployment models, and advise on data readiness.
- Frontend & UX: Build intuitive, enterprise grade UIs using React and modern design systems.
- Architectural Soundness: Select and integrate appropriate LLMs, frameworks, and agent architecture.
- Outcome Oriented Demos: Deliver engaging live demos that tell a clear story.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a technical pillar across the sales team.
- Iterative Refinement: Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback during pilots, workshops, or proofs of value.
- Security & Governance: Support conversations around AI governance, data security, model transparency, and responsible AI practices.
- Internal Feedback Loop: Provide structured feedback on customer needs, procurement hurdles, and architectural gaps.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated success supporting sales pursuits with deep technical expertise and solution design.
- Strong ability to translate agentic AI and ML platform capabilities into compelling value propositions.
- Prior experience turning rapid MVPs into production applications or long term enterprise platforms.
- Hands on experience building agentic AI applications using modern LLM frameworks, orchestration patterns, and backend engineering (Python, TypeScript, APIs).
- Experience designing MCP servers, external system integrations, and utilizing AI evaluation/tracing tools.
- Proficiency with React and modern frontend tooling to create clean, trustworthy user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and demo skills; proven ability to present complex AI concepts in a clear, grounded, and value driven manner.
- Exceptional ability to move from ambiguity to clarity quickly.
- Bias toward action and iteration; comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Education & Experience
- 6 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, hands on technical consulting, customer facing software engineering, or technical product roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- An advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.
- Prior experience applying AI or complex software solutions within the Oil & Gas industry is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% on average to customer meetings, workshops, industry conferences, and events.
