- Build different Tier AI skills from workshop generated specifications
- Deliver approximately 8–12 production ready skills per month

- Support end user training sessions and gather adoption feedback
- Build test case libraries and QA processes for department specific skills
- Continuously improve outputs through iteration and prompt refinement

- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Background in computer science, engineering, AI, data, or related technical field
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI workflow tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and limited structure

The Role
- Broccolini is building an internal AI Skill Factory to transform how work gets done across the business.
- As new departments adopt AI enabled workflows, the demand for practical, scalable AI tools continues to grow.
- The Senior AI Skill Builder will help accelerate deployment by building, testing, and refining reusable AI skills that support teams across construction, finance, HR, estimation, project management, and operations.
- This is a hands on execution role focused on speed, iteration, and practical business impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Build different Tier AI skills from workshop generated specifications.
- Deliver approximately 8–12 production ready skills per month.
- Test and validate AI skills prior to final peer review and deployment.

- Applied AI Experience: Has built prompts, workflows, or AI powered tools. Not just used ChatGPT casually, but created practical solutions or personal projects using LLMs.
- Strong Written Communication: AI skill quality depends heavily on clear thinking and precise writing. The ability to write structured, unambiguous instructions is critical.
- Fast Iteration Speed: Thrives in rapid feedback loops and improves outputs quickly through testing and refinement.
- Curiosity About Real Business Problems: Interested in understanding how teams actually operate and how AI can improve execution in practical ways.
- Business Awareness: Understands that the best technical solution is not always the best business solution. Demonstrates sound judgment and commercial awareness, even at an early career stage.
