About the Role
Seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to drive knowledge adoption across customers, partners, and internal teams.
The role delivers training in AI/ML, deep learning, generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, and LLMOps.
Location and Work Mode
- The role is based in Bangalore and requires work from the office.
- Domestic and international travel may be required to deliver client training, including occasional night-time sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across learner profiles.
- Deliver workshops and bootcamps on AI/ML, deep learning, generative AI, RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems, and LLMOps.
- Design slide decks, hands-on labs, demo notebooks, video walkthroughs, and assessments.
- Build reusable content for generative AI applications, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Integrate real-world use cases and project-based learning into training modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on proposals and enterprise skilling content.
- Train and mentor internal trainers and partner faculty.

Professional Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in AI/ML model development, generative AI application building, or data science workflows.
- Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, or bootcamps in AI/ML or generative AI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong facilitation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on real-world applicability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry, or GCP Vertex AI is highly recommended.
- Professional cloud certifications are a plus.
- Experience developing content for professional certifications or enterprise skilling programs is a plus.
- Open-source AI/ML contributions, public learning resources, AI governance knowledge, or an active technical community presence are good to have.
Compensation
- Annual pay is ₹665,828.01 to ₹1,631,110.83.
