Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the Team

Core Responsibilities

• Lead scalable AI/ML solutions from data pipelines and experimentation infrastructure through production deployment and monitoring.
• Define engineering, model development, evaluation, deployment, and MLOps standards for the domain.
• Design evaluation systems including benchmark suites, human evaluation workflows, and online experiment platforms.
• Architect LLM and GenAI systems, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuning infrastructure, and agentic frameworks.
• Build observability for model performance, data drift, training health, and responsible AI.
• Operate distributed training pipelines and scalable real-time and batch model-serving architectures.
• Develop reusable MLOps components for experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and rollback.
• Partner with AI/ML scientists to productionize reliable, accurate, performant, and responsible models.
• Provide technical leadership through mentorship, design reviews, and platform investment.
