The role uses complex visual data to identify property damage and produce structured outputs for live insurance workflows.

The position covers experimentation, model development, evaluation and productionisation with significant technical ownership.

Own delivery of defined computer vision and ML capabilities aligned with company and AI Lead direction.
Translate product and AI priorities into technical problems, experiments and production solutions.
Develop and fine-tune computer vision and vision-language models.
Evaluate approaches and make evidence-based recommendations.
Improve data, annotation and evaluation practices.
Build rigorous evaluation frameworks and conduct systematic error analysis.
Drive work from investigation through validation and production delivery.
Identify risks, dependencies and blockers and develop pragmatic options.
Collaborate with technical, product, engineering and domain teams.
