Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

Accountabilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform.
• Design modular, reusable AI components and intelligent agents using a multi-node architecture.
• Develop production LLM applications with Claude, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, vector databases, MCP, and multi-agent workflows.
• Build scalable Python and FastAPI APIs and backend services for reliable production operation.
• Define secure, scalable, maintainable agentic AI architectures for enterprise environments.
• Establish AI security and responsible AI practices for enterprise or regulated data.
• Provide technical leadership, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and guide engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot complex challenges, and improve platform reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering and/or AI/ML experience with senior-level architecture and engineering responsibilities.
• Strong experience building and operating LLM-based applications in production.
• Advanced Python development and production backend engineering experience.
• Hands-on Claude API experience in real-world AI applications.
• Strong LangGraph and/or LangChain experience for complex AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of AI security, responsible AI, privacy, and enterprise AI governance.
• Experience with enterprise-scale or regulated data environments and strong software architecture and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical problem-solving, independent ownership, and remote delivery capabilities.
